Lakewood Avenue two-family zoning request remains on hold

Atlanta’s Sept. 28 Zoning Committee minutes list a proposed Lakewood Avenue SE zoning change as held in committee. The request would change the site from R-4A single-family residential zoning to R-5 two-family residential zoning.

Ordinance 26-O-1139, zoning case Z-25-85, has conditional-approval recommendations from staff and the Zoning Review Board, but a denial recommendation from the neighborhood planning unit. The record does not establish approval of the rezoning and lists Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint.
