Hardendorf porch request listed at 62.77% lot coverage on November agenda, versus 61.8% in October

Atlanta’s Board of Zoning Adjustment agenda for Nov. 5 lists a screened porch with a fireplace on Hardendorf Avenue NE seeking a variance to increase lot coverage from 50% to 62.77%. Its Oct. 1 agenda listed 61.8% for the same case, site and project. The records do not establish whether the application changed or an agenda entry was corrected.

The November agenda places V-26-126 among deferred cases and schedules the board meeting for noon Nov. 5. Neither agenda establishes that the variance was granted or states the outcome of the Oct. 1 meeting.
