Fire Station 31 redesign gets council authorization for up to $447,610

Atlanta City Council authorized up to $447,610 Sept. 21 for construction-redesign services at Fire Station 31. Resolution 26-R-4007 passed 13–0 and authorizes task order 12 under the city's architectural, planning, design, engineering and construction-phase services agreement with Harris + Smith, LLC.

The services are authorized on behalf of the Department of Enterprise Asset Management. This action concerns redesign services; the delivered minutes do not establish a station construction award, an executed task order or a work-start date.
