Davidson Avenue 10-foot rear-yard wall request denied, with reapplication allowed

Atlanta’s Board of Zoning Adjustment denied a request to increase rear-yard wall height from six feet to 10 feet at 4431 Davidson Avenue NE on Sept. 10. The decision concerns special-exception application V-26-093.

The denial was without prejudice. The result letter expressly allows the applicant to submit the same request, or a substantially similar one, at any time through a new application.
