Council authorizes reserving up to $1 million for Memorial Park Conservancy, contingent on state grant

Atlanta City Council authorized encumbering up to $1 million for a contribution to the Atlanta Memorial Park Conservancy Oct. 5, contingent on the conservancy receiving a $3 million Georgia Outdoor Stewardship Program grant.
