A resolution on Atlanta City Council’s Sept. 21 agenda proposed $239.1 million to partially fund construction of the Concourse D South Pier at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It would raise the ceiling on the Concourse D widening construction-management contract with Holder-Moody-Bryson-Sovereign to $1.279 billion. The agenda does not establish Council authorization.
