Autumn Lane property gets council approval for multifamily zoning

Atlanta City Council approved an amended rezoning of 360 Autumn Lane SW from single-family to multifamily residential zoning Oct. 5. Draft action minutes record an 11–0 vote on ordinance 26-O-1403, case Z-26-47.

Council also adopted ordinance 26-O-1402, changing the same property's comprehensive-plan designation from Medium Lot Single Family to Medium Density Residential. The minutes establish the zoning and planning actions, but do not reproduce the zoning amendments or identify a planned home count.
