The supporting resolution identifies ATL Cloud as the city’s enterprise resource-planning tool, supporting procurement, budgeting, accounting, personnel, recruitment, accounts payable and training. The proposed agreement would have a four-year initial term, covered by the $14 million ceiling, and one optional two-year renewal.

The minutes note a Sept. 16 substitution and hold for further information and list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint. The hold does not establish an executed contract: the supporting text requires legal approval, mayoral execution, clerk attestation and delivery to Mythics before the agreement binds the city.
