The proposed allocation is $2 million for Aviation and $2.5 million for Parks and Recreation, with the agreement continuing through Dec. 16, 2030, and no renewal options. The supporting text says Aviation has relied on repetitive micro and small purchases for several years without a dedicated contract for these commodities.

The proposal would use a Georgia Department of Transportation purchasing contract. Purchases would be limited to goods within that contract's scope and its piggyback authorization, rather than an unrestricted chemical-products allowance. The minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint; the held listing does not approve the agreement.
