Atlanta proposes adding the Department of Parks and Recreation as an authorized user of its right-of-way maintenance agreement with Mariani Enterprise, LLC, doing business as Ed Castro Landscape, Inc. Ordinance 26-O-1517 would provide up to $2.65 million for Parks and add up to $400,000 for the Department of Transportation.
