Atlanta’s Public Safety and Legal Administration Committee unanimously recommended Sept. 28 a proposed agreement with Carahsoft Technology Corporation for mobile-device forensic extraction tools for Atlanta Police. The spending ceiling would be $126,000 annually, covering software licensing or subscriptions, maintenance, updates and technical support.
