The supporting resolution says the current term expires Oct. 30 and describes agreement FC-5464, Package #4, as covering approximately 21,988 square feet on Concourse D and 7,440 square feet on Concourse T. The minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint. The recommendation is not an executed renewal; the text requires signatures, legal review, attestation and delivery before the amendment binds the city.
