Resolution 26-R-4122 proposes an agreement with Daimler through its authorized dealer, Peach State Truck Centers, LLC. The text names Freightliner MT50E walk-in utility trucks but also allows other approved models meeting city specifications and grant requirements. Legal review, execution, attestation and delivery are required before the agreement binds the city. The minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint, not a completed purchase.
