Atlanta’s Transportation Committee unanimously recommended Sept. 30 a two-year renewal of on-call property and facility management consultant services with POSolutions, Inc., capped at $799,992. Ordinance 26-O-1525 proposes a retroactive effective date of Aug. 14, 2026.

The supporting ordinance describes airport-owned properties outside Hartsfield-Jackson’s secured area and a portfolio including office buildings, commercial facilities and vacant land. The proposal would waive competitive source-selection provisions for contract RFP-S-DOA-2208-1230028. The minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint; the recommendation does not establish an executed renewal.
