The supporting ordinance describes free cultural experiences at the CTR building downtown, including visual arts, live performances, film, culinary experiences and educational programming. It says the city has received the grant award; ordinance 26-O-1521 would ratify the application and authorize its acceptance and budget appropriation. The committee recommendation does not establish final authorization, and the minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint.
