The supporting ordinance says the services would help implement current capital projects, address needs identified through master planning, and support urgent infrastructure improvements, compliance and operations-and-maintenance engineering. Ordinance 26-O-1529 received a committee recommendation, not final appropriation approval; the minutes list Oct. 5 at 1 p.m. as the next checkpoint.
