Ordinance 26-O-1386, zoning case Z-26-29, would change the site from R-4 single-family residential to R-5 two-family residential while retaining the Beltline overlay. The October board agenda identifies the requested district as two-family residential, although the earlier committee agenda labels both districts single-family.

Separately, ordinance 26-O-1465, planning case CDP-26-014, would change the site's comprehensive-plan designation from Medium Lot Single Family to Low Density Residential. The planning packet lists that proposal as held for a CDP public hearing. The scheduled zoning review does not establish approval of either proposal.
