Windward Hall’s council date moves to Nov. 16 after meeting cancellation

Alpharetta canceled its Oct. 26 council meeting, postponing consideration of the proposed stand-alone restaurant on Windward Parkway.

Windward Hall’s restaurant-use request will not go before Alpharetta City Council on Oct. 26. The city has canceled that meeting, and staff has moved the master-plan item to Nov. 16, 2026.[1]

The request would allow a stand-alone restaurant without a drive-through as a principal use on 3.75 acres at 0 Windward Parkway. It seeks a change to Pod 14A of the Windward Master Plan.[1]

The new date replaces the Oct. 26 council checkpoint listed in our earlier Windward Hall coverage. The cancellation notice records a postponement—not approval or denial of the restaurant request.[1]
