A consultant has completed a draft Existing Conditions Assessment for the North Fulton Comprehensive Transportation Plan, according to Sandy Springs' Sept. 18, 2026, capital-project report. Sandy Springs is participating with Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park and Roswell, in coordination with the Atlanta Regional Commission.[1]
The report lists city staff review of the assessment and scheduling focus groups as next steps. It also invites the public to an online survey about North Fulton transportation needs at https://engagekh.mysocialpinpoint.com/NFCTP2027/nfctp-online-survey-1. The entry establishes a draft-study milestone and an input invitation, not adoption of a plan or approval of construction projects.[1]
