   Wiping cloth use and storage

   In-use sanitizer buckets with quat concentration below minimum ppm for 3 of the tested buckets. Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be stored in sanitizer of the appropriate concentration in-between uses and laundered daily. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC (Person in charge) discarded and remade sanitizer solution to appropriate concentration.
