   Handwashing

   Observed a food employee pour out a half plastic cup of whole milk into the handwashing sink by the drive thru window.// A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use and not used for purposes other than handwashing. An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with manufacturer's instructions. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Training was provided to ensure that the handwashing sink shall only be used for handwashing only. The leftover plastic cup of milk was discarded.//
