   Observed several mesh inserts used for cooking bread stored as clean with bread pieces and crumbs stuck on inserts. Equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils shall be clean to sight and touch. (Pf) Corrective Actions: Mesh inserts were placed at the 3 compartment sink to be washed, rinsed, and sanitized.
