   Wiping cloth use and storage

   Observed multiple in-use wet wiping cloths stored on the kitchen prep counters. **SECOND CONSECUTIVE VIOLATION OF THE SAME CODE PROVISION** Cloths in-use for wiping counters and other equipment surfaces shall be stored in sanitizer of the appropriate concentration in-between uses and laundered daily. (C) Corrective Actions: PIC moved the wet wiping cloths to a sanitizer bucket containing an adequate concentration of sanitizer.
