   Observed failure to have PIC present in facility. Bartender said no managers were working and that she was just a bar girl. 511-6-1.03(2) - PIC present (Pf) There must be a person in charge on the premises of the food service establishment at all times. The person in charge shall ensure compliance with the following: EHS designated head chef as PIC, and owner later showed up. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
