   Code 511-6-1.05(2)(y),(z),(aa),(bb)

   Observed high temp dish machine with final rinse temperature reaching 130F on the temperature gauge. Dish machine shall be maintained and kept in good condition or repair. PIC instructed to to fix machine and that facility must have a heat sensitive measuring device to monitor final rinse temperature. New Violation. Correct By: 08/09/2026
