   Observed handwashing sink was blocked by a chair with boxes on it and containers were stored inside of the handwashing sink. CA; PIC was informed that Using a Handwashing Sink.

   Observed handwashing sink was blocked by a chair with boxes on it and containers were stored inside of the handwashing sink. CA; PIC was informed that Using a Handwashing Sink. 1. A handwashing sink shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use. 2. A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing. COS: Chair with boxes was moved so that it was not blocking the handwashing sink and containers were removed from the handwashing sink. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
