   Thermometers

   Observed inaccurate thermometer in the RIC in the bar area reading at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. EHS took temperature of creamers inside RIC and food item was at 40 degrees Fahrenheit.

   Observed inaccurate thermometer in the RIC in the bar area reading at 100 degrees Fahrenheit. EHS took temperature of creamers inside RIC and food item was at 40 degrees Fahrenheit. PIC placed new thermometer inside RIC. 511-6-1.05((2)(l) - TMD, Ambient Air & Water - Accuracy (Pf) (l) Temperature Measuring Devices, Ambient Air and Water. 1. Ambient air and water temperature measuring devices that are scaled in Celsius or dually scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit shall be designed to be easily readable and accurate to ±1.5ºC in the intended range of use. Pf Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
