   Observed a basket full of ginger with extensive gray-white, mold-like growth in the walk-in cooler of the main kitchen. CA: PIC was advised that Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented.

   Observed a basket full of ginger with extensive gray-white, mold-like growth in the walk-in cooler of the main kitchen. CA: PIC was advised that Food shall be safe, unadulterated, and honestly presented. COS: PIC threw away all of the ginger and sanitized the basket that was used to store the ginger. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
