   Observed failure to maintain door of walk-in cooler properly sealed. Observed large gap underneath the door of the walk-in cooler. Equipment components such as doors, seals, hinges, fasteners, and kick plates shall be kept intact, tight, and adjusted in accordance with manufacturer's specifications. PIC shall reseal door New Violation. Correct By: 10/19/2026
