   EHS observed multiple plastic food containers drying while stacked on top of each other. a) Equipment and Utensils, Air-Drying Required. After cleaning and sanitizing, equipment and utensils: 1. Shall be air-dried or used after adequate draining before contact with food; and PIC unstacked all wet containers in order for them to properly dry on the drying rack. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
