   Observed pink mold-like substance buildup on the baffle of the ice machine located at the farthest right-hand side of the front food service section of the establishment. CA: PIC was advised to have the ice machine cleaned more frequently and that equipment and food contact surfaces must be cleaned at a frequency necessary to preclude accumulation of soil or mold.
