   Observed multiple openings in the ceiling tiles around piping at the time of inspection. Observed stainless steel panels not properly sealed to wall near cooking equipment at the time of insepction. Observed crack in the wall at the time of inspection. CA: (a) Good Repair. All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair. Discussed with PIC to seal all opening within 72 hours. New Violation.

Except as specified under subsection (2)(d) of this Rule and except for antislip floor coverings or applications that may be used for safety reasons, floors, floor coverings, walls, wall coverings, and ceilings shall be designed, constructed, and installed so they are smooth and easily cleanable. Discussed with PIC to seal all areas within 72 hours. New Violation.
