   Observed staff member take dirty food contact surface put into 3-compartment sink and take off gloves and put on new ones. I discussed with person in charge that training should be done with staff to ensure hand washing is done at appropriate times.

   Observed staff member take dirty food contact surface put into 3-compartment sink and take off gloves and put on new ones. I discussed with person in charge that training should be done with staff to ensure hand washing is done at appropriate times. CA:Food employees shall clean their hands and exposed portions of their arms immediately before engaging in food preparation including working with exposed food, clean equipment and utensils, and unwrapped single-service and single-use articles. During food preparation, as often as necessary to remove soil and contamination and to prevent cross contamination when changing tasks; COS: Staff member removed gloves and washed hands before putting on new gloves. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
