   Observed multiple TCS foods cold holding at temperatures above 41F (Check temperature log) on the alas bar prep top cooler and in the reach in cooler. CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below.

   Observed multiple TCS foods cold holding at temperatures above 41F (Check temperature log) on the alas bar prep top cooler and in the reach in cooler. CA: Except during preparation, cooking, or cooling, or when time is used as the public health control, time/temperature control for safety food shall be maintained at 41°F (5°C) or below. COS: Any foods that were in the walk in cooler that were not in the correct temperature were discarded. Repeat Violation.
