   Observed ice bins at the front food service main bar and at the outside bar uncovered. Observed water pitcher stored on the bar counter uncovered at the outside bar. Observed salt, Cajun seasoning, etc. uncovered on the prep top counter across from the fryer at the front food service area. Observed containers of flour beside fryer stored uncovered in the front food service area. Observed drink toppings (salt, sugar, etc.) uncovered at the front food service main bar. CA: With the exception of cooling, all food items must be stored covered to protect from contamination. COS: PIC covered all food items. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
