   Observed employees line up to wash hands before service in the main kitchen; three employees in a row used bare hands to turn off the faucet. Observed a fourth employee lather their hands in soap before turning the faucet on.

   Observed employees line up to wash hands before service in the main kitchen; three employees in a row used bare hands to turn off the faucet. Observed a fourth employee lather their hands in soap before turning the faucet on. C/A: Employees shall follow hand proper hand washing procedures as follows: 1.Rinse under warm water 2.Apply cleaning compound and lather for 10-15 seconds. 3. Thoroughly rinse under warm water. 4. Immediately dry with single use paper towel, using the paper towel to turn off the water to avoid recontamination of hands. COS: PIC had all employees re-wash their hands with the proper procedure Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
