   Observed several TCS foods cold holding above 41 F in the main kitchen and front food service area (see asterisked* items for location and temperature). C/A: TCS foods that are cold holding shall be maintained at 41 F or below COS: Foods still within cooling window to reach 41 F were moved to another unit to cool, choc milk and kale salads discarded, ice cream mix discarded.
