Observed FRP at 3-compartment sink in poor condition. Material is not smooth and easily cleanable. Also observed mold build-up up in silicone at 3-compartment sink; silicone was also not applied in a smooth manner. FRP must be replaced and silicone must be removed and reapplied with a smooth bead. Consider changing FRP to stainless steel for easier cleaning. New Violation. Correct By: 01/04/2027
