    Observed tcs foods above 41 F. See temp log for readings. Upon further investigation, EHS observed that element for the walk in fridge had heavy ice build up on its backside. PIC discarded any food prepared before to today and will contact a vendor to service the element. Corrected On-Site. New Violation.
