Observed no hot water available at hand washing sink in main kitchen area. Corrective action - PIC advised to repair and restore hot water service to kitchen area. 511-6-1.06(2)(c) - Handwashing sinks, Installation (Pf, C) (c) Handwashing Sink Installation. 1. A handwashing sink shall be equipped to provide tempered water at a temperature of at least 85ºF (29.4 ºC) through a mixing valve or combination faucet. Pf 2. A steam mixing valve may not be used at a handwashing sink. 3. A self-closing, slow-closing, or metering faucet shall provide a flow of water for at least 15 seconds without the need to reactivate the faucet. 4. An automatic handwashing facility shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions. New Violation. Correct By: 06/20/2026

Observed plumbing leak at prep sink in main kitchen area. Corrective action - PIC advised to have necessary repairs performed on plumbing fixtures. Observed no hot water available at sinks (3-compartment sink, prep sinks, handwashing sinks). Corrective action - PIC reported hot water heater had been turned off. PIC restored hot water heater to operation for kitchen area. 511-6-1.06(2)(r) - System Maintained in Good Repair (P, C) (r) System Maintained in Good Repair. A plumbing system shall be repaired according to law; P and maintained in good repair. New Violation. Correct By: 06/20/2026
