Vine City grant proposal would support 70 multifamily homes, including 63 affordable units

Fulton County’s March 4, 2026, agenda sought approval of a grant to help construct a 70-unit multifamily development in Vine City, including 63 affordable units and seven market-rate units.

The February 18 agenda listed the same proposal under item 26-0101, describing a partnership with Cosmopolitan AME Church, Good Place and Collaborative Housing Solutions. The grant would use funds previously set aside for the housing effort. The March entry marked the request as held on February 18.
