Vine City grant proposal would help build 12 affordable single-family homes

A resolution on Fulton County’s Sept. 2 agenda proposed a grant to help construct 12 new affordable single-family homes in Vine City.

Item 26-0549 would use funds previously set aside to support affordable homeownership in the neighborhood. The agenda records a request to approve the grant, not an award or construction authorization.
