Morris Road proposal would let stormwater infrastructure remain in sewer easement

Fulton County’s Sept. 16 agenda sought approval of an agreement with the City of Alpharetta that would conditionally allow stormwater infrastructure to remain within part of an existing county sanitary sewer easement at 0 Morris Road in Alpharetta.

Item 26-0566 concerns an indemnification, maintenance and land-use agreement. The agenda describes a request for conditional permission, not a recorded approval.
