Mayfield Estates March proposals sought sewer and water easements at 1580 Mayfield Road

Fulton County’s March 18, 2026, agenda sought approval of two easement dedications to support construction of Mayfield Estates at 1580 Mayfield Road in Alpharetta.

Item 26-0139 covered a 17,008-square-foot sewer easement; item 26-0140 covered a separate 17,496-square-foot water easement. Mayfield Development, LLC would dedicate both to Fulton County. These were land-rights approval requests, not evidence of accepted dedications or construction authorization.
