A proposal to limit oral public comment to matters reasonably related to substantive agenda items is back on Fulton County’s Oct. 7 agenda after being held on Sept. 16.

Item 26-0601 also calls for viewpoint-neutral rules of order, objective standards for addressing actual disruption and protection for criticism of public officials, employees and county actions. The agenda lists a renewed approval request, not adoption of the restriction.
