Elara at Bethany proposals sought water and sewer easements in Milton

Fulton County’s Feb. 18, 2026, agenda requested approval of two utility easement dedications to support construction of Elara at Bethany at 3475-95 Bethany Bend in Milton.

Item 26-0085 covered an 11,674.08-square-foot water easement; item 26-0086 covered a separate 14,026-square-foot sewer easement. Arkan Bethany, LLC would dedicate both to Fulton County. The entries establish proposed land-rights dedications, not acceptance of the easements or construction authorization.
