Questions about the zoning rewrite? Drop in on Calhoun Street today
Charleston’s Peninsula Plan open studio runs 3–6 p.m. Oct. 22 at 85 Calhoun St., with project staff available for questions.
Want to ask the people working on Charleston’s zoning-code rewrite what they’re doing? The city is featuring the project at a Peninsula Plan open studio Thursday, Oct. 22, from 3 to 6 p.m.[1]
Go to the Design Division at 85 Calhoun St. The format is drop-in: arrive any time during the three-hour window.[1]
The city says the open studios offer a look at Peninsula Plan work in progress before the complete draft is presented in November. Visitors can see information about the plan and related projects, speak directly with staff and get more detail from a representative of the featured project team.[1]
Getting there: the notice points visitors to CARTA’s free DASH Route 210. For event questions, contact peninsulaplan@charleston-sc.gov or 843-834-5268.[1]
