A proposed rezoning of 0.39 acres at 860, 866 and 870 Fox Street NW is listed for Atlanta Zoning Review Board consideration Oct. 8 at 6 p.m. in the second-floor City Council Chambers. The agenda describes a change from Subarea 1 to Subarea 3 of the English Avenue Special Public Interest District.

The Sept. 28 Zoning Committee packet lists the same case, Z-26-26, and ordinance 26-O-1330 as a change to Subarea 2 instead. The records do not establish whether the October listing reflects an amended request or a correction. Neither listing records approval of the rezoning.

A separate comprehensive-plan proposal, ordinance 26-O-1326, explicitly cites zoning case Z-26-026 and would change these properties from Medium Lot Single Family to Low Density Residential. Its supporting text records an Aug. 11 amendment and hold for a comprehensive-plan public hearing; that is distinct from the scheduled zoning review.
