Ordinance 26-O-1350 would assign Low Density Mixed Use to eight Second Avenue properties and 560 and 562 Fayetteville Road SE. It would assign Medium Lot Single Family to 596, 600, 604 and 755 Fayetteville Road SE, and High Density Mixed Use to 735 Fayetteville Road SE.
