Kelso Drive pool exception approved for street-adjacent yard

The Board of Zoning Adjustment approved a special exception allowing a pool in a yard adjacent to a street on Kelso Drive SW. The Sept. 10 summary records case V-26-115 as approved.

Planning staff said the proposed pool placement was preferable because of a drop in topography and limited buildable area directly behind the home.
